Please join us for a WINE SOCIAL and KITE FLYING on Saturday, May 17 at 3:00 PM at the gazebo. Adults, bring your favorite wine or beverage of choice and an appetizer to share, and kids bring your kites! Snack and drinks will be provided by the HOA.
Garage Sale!
It’s time to clear out your attics, closets, and toy chests! One man’s trash is another man’s treasure! It’s Garage Sale time!
Please join us for a neighborhood garage sale on Friday, May 30 and Saturday, May 31 from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. The HOA will place ads in the newspaper and on Craigslist, but please feel free to put up signs directing shoppers to the neighborhood, just be sure to follow all town rules about sign placement.
Playground
We are pleased to announce that our playground is complete, mulch has been delivered, and it’s ready for kids! Come on over and see for yourself!
Playground Construction
We are excited to report that construction on our playground has begun. Please be mindful that construction areas are dangerous. Also Please stay out, and remind your children to stay out, of the construction/playground area until the job is complete and the area can be used safely. Thank you!

Bring your camera for pictures with the Easter Bunny! In the event of rain, please pick up your eggs from the address you left them.
